The CQ-73 Ltd. pays special attention to protecting personal data and commits itself to handling the customers and users data according to the valid legal and quality management rules to ensure safe browsing and purchase.

Apart from providing the necessary information for its subcontractors to fulfil its orders, the CQ-73 Ltd. does not give up its customers’ data for third parties. Our subcontractors have no right to use the information provided by us or give it up to other parties.

Some rules of major importance
– LXIII. act of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the publicity of data of general interest,
– VI. act of 1998 on the protection of individuals during computer data procession and the proclamation of the Treaty dated on 28 January 1981 in Strasbourg,
– CVIII. act of 2001 on some issues of electronic trade services and services connected to the information society.

CQ-73 Ltd. protects data in all possible ways.

Especially against unauthorized access, publication, alteration, deletion and destruction both during communication via the internet (online data handling) and storing data (offline data handling).

Only our authorized colleagues have access to personal data – under strict control. CQ-73 Ltd. requires only those data that are essential for purchasing and fulfilling orders.

We might analyze the information in our database, but exclusively for internal use e.g. making statistics. The users of our Webshop utterly contribute that CQ-73 Ltd. handles, processes and stores their data for the above mentioned purposes. The users accept that they can change or withdraw their contribution to data handling any time as well as ask to modify or delete their personal data from our database.
